The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment plan and position information

(1) Recruitment plan

The province *** plans to recruit 5,621 civil servants , including 104 from provincial agencies and directly affiliated units, 364 from provincial prisons and drug treatment units, 252 from city and state agencies, 1,165 from county and city agencies, 2,642 from township (street) agencies, 379 from the court system, and the procuratorate system 214 people, and 501 people from public security agencies (including forest police, the same below).

2. Application conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

3. Aged above 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between March 1, 1985 and March 1, 2003).

The age requirements for specific positions are subject to the recruitment position list.

4. Have good political quality and moral character.

5. Have the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties normally.

6. Have the educational level and work ability that meet the job requirements.

3. Application Procedures

(1) Online Registration

1. Online registration time and website. From 9:00 on February 27, 2021 to 17:00 on March 7, 2021, applicants can log in to the Hunan Personnel Examination Network and register online.

2. Registration requirements and precautions. Applicants must register with their ID number and mobile phone number. One ID number corresponds to one mobile phone number and can only be registered once. After registration information is submitted, it cannot be modified. Applicants who have not registered cannot register online.

3. Registration information should be true, accurate and comprehensive. If the materials or information related to the qualifications provided by the applicants and relevant units and personnel are untrue, the qualifications for this application will be cancelled. Anyone who maliciously registers registration information, disrupts the registration order, or forges academic certificates and other relevant materials to defraud examination qualifications will be disqualified and restricted from applying for five years.

(2) Online registration and online qualification review

1. Online registration time and website. From 9:00 on March 1, 2021 to 17:00 on March 7, 2021, applicants can log in to the Hunan Personnel Examination Network and register online.

Applicants can only choose one position to apply for.

2. Online qualification review. The online registration system will automatically review some items based on the personal information provided by the applicants when registering, compare the requirements for the positions applied for, and conduct automatic review of some items. For job conditions that cannot be fully automatically reviewed by the online registration system, applicants should consult the applicant unit in detail to understand whether they meet the application conditions, and then determine the position they are applying for. After carefully checking the requirements for each position, confirm and review your own qualifications. Responsible for newspaper selection.

3. Positions that require on-site qualification review in advance. Village (community) cadres and township (street) public service station staff who apply for targeted recruitment positions should fill in the "Hunan Province 2021 Targeted Recruitment Civil Servant Application Recommendation Form" (Annex 6) in advance, and the township (street) party (worker) ) Committee will make a written recommendation based on the preliminary review of the applicants’ tenure, on-the-job performance, annual assessment, etc., and then submit the registration information online after passing the qualification review by the county-level party committee organization department. Those who apply for the position of teacher at Hunan Police College or Changsha People's Police School should contact the recruitment agency in advance and submit relevant materials. 4. Registration precautions.

(3) Online confirmation and payment

1. Online confirmation. From 9:00 on March 12, 2021 to 17:00 on March 15, 2021, those who apply for provincial agencies should log in to the "Hunan Personnel Examination Network" to confirm. 2. Submit photo information online.

3. Pay online. Applicants pay the fee on the confirmation website, and the payment time is synchronized with the confirmation time, from 9:00 on March 12, 2021 to 17:00 on March 15, 2021. 4. Situations in which examination fees are reduced or exempted.

The printing time of the admission ticket is from 9:00 on March 22 to 17:00 on March 26, 2021. Applicants should promptly log in to the payment confirmation website to download and print their admission tickets.

(5) Minimum written examination opening ratio and planned reduction

The minimum written examination opening ratio is generally 5:1.
