What knowledge does an assistant real estate appraiser need to know?

According to the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Real Estate Appraisers, any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) who abides by the law and meets one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification examination of real estate appraisers:

(a) to obtain secondary professional education in real estate appraisal related disciplines (including real estate management, real estate economy, land management, urban planning, etc.). , the same below), and has more than 8 years of relevant professional work experience, including more than 5 years of real estate appraisal practice;

(2) Having obtained a college degree in real estate appraisal, and having been engaged in relevant professional work for more than 6 years, including 4 years in real estate appraisal;

(3) Obtaining a bachelor's degree in real estate appraisal related disciplines, and having more than 4 years of relevant professional work experience, including 3 years of real estate appraisal practice;

(four) to obtain a master's degree or a second degree in real estate appraisal related disciplines, graduate from the postgraduate class, and have been engaged in real estate appraisal for 2 years;

(five) to obtain a doctorate in real estate appraisal related disciplines;

(six) do not have the above qualifications, but have passed the primary qualification for economic majors or the first-level qualification examination for professional assistants in auditing, accounting and statistics organized by the state and obtained corresponding qualifications, and have more than 10 years of relevant professional work experience, of which real estate appraisal has been practiced for 6 years with outstanding achievements.

With the consent of the relevant state departments, foreigners and professionals from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who are allowed to work in People's Republic of China (PRC) and meet the above requirements may also sign up for the qualification examination of real estate appraisers.
