About the recruitment and interview of molds?

Where did you work before? How many years have you worked? What product are you making? Have you ever been exposed to mold? If yes, what kinds of molds are there? How familiar are you with drawing software? How familiar are you with computer office software? If you say that you have touched the mold, the recruiter will give you a simple product drawing (or product parts) and ask you how to design the process and mold, etc.
