In order to vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the district with talents and reasonably supplement the shortage of professionals in public institutions, the Yiling District Committee and District Government decided to introduce outstanding recent college graduates from the province’s “211” key universities to the public institutions in our district. Work. The announcement is as follows:
1. Basic conditions
1. Love the motherland, support the party’s line, principles and policies, and have good ideological quality.
2. Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, have a decent style, and have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
3. Graduates of the province’s “211” colleges and universities with a bachelor’s degree or above in general higher education; graduates with a postgraduate degree or above from other institutions of higher learning.
4. Undergraduate graduates should be under 25 years old (born after January 1, 1984), graduates with a master's degree or above should be under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1979), and be in good health.
5. The service period in Yiling District must be more than 5 years.
6. Meet the employer’s job requirements and obey work arrangements.
2. Introduction of positions and number of people
1. Education system (10 people), including 3 people from Sanxia High School, 1 person each majoring in Chinese education, mathematics education, and English education. Those who are willing to teach in rural junior high schools are not subject to professional restrictions.
2. Health system (10 people), including 8 people from Yiling Hospital, all majoring in clinical medicine; 2 people from the District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, all majoring in clinical medicine.
3. District Water Conservancy Bureau (2 people), including 1 person from the District Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering; 1 person from the District Hydropower Survey and Design Office, majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
4. There is one person in the district radio and television bureau. I major in television news.
5. District Transportation Bureau (2 people), including 1 person from the District Highway Management Section, majoring in civil engineering (roads and bridges); 1 person from the District Port and Shipping Management Office, majoring in ship inspection.
6. One person from the District Mine Planning and Design Institute, majoring in geology and mineral resources.
7. One person from Yiling Economic Development Zone Planning Branch, majoring in environmental engineering.
3. Preferential policies
1. Introduced college graduates do not need to take the entrance examination and are directly admitted to the workforce.
2. For the introduced college graduates who are in urgent need of majors, the employer will provide temporary transitional housing and appropriate resettlement subsidies (specific standards shall be negotiated with the employer). For those who introduce doctoral students and above, the annual salary system will be adopted for salary, and the specific amount will be discussed with the employer in person.
3. Introduced graduates will not be subject to a probationary period and will be directly transferred to full-time positions (unless there are special provisions).
4. The introduced graduates will be directly recognized by the district professional title reform leading group office within the scope of their responsibilities for corresponding professional titles.
5. Contract graduates who have obtained master's degrees, doctoral degrees, selected students, and civil servants can decide whether to stay or stay at their own discretion, and it will not be regarded as a breach of contract.
6. The personnel department of the organization will establish special files for introduced university graduates for tracking and training.
IV. Specific procedures
1. Registration. A "Basic Information Registration Form for Intentional Employment" will be issued to fresh college graduates who are interested in working in our district, registration will be organized, and the interview time and location will be notified.
2. Interview assessment. The evaluation team will conduct interviews and assessments of applicants one by one. Based on the interview results, the evaluation team will collectively determine the preliminary candidates.
3. Organize inspections. For graduates who pass the interview, the evaluation team will go to the relevant departments of the school to check their student status files, visit the student's class teacher and department head, and conduct a comprehensive inspection on the student's political stance, practical performance, etc.
4. Sign the agreement. For those who pass the interview and inspection, they will sign an intention-to-employment agreement with the employer.
5. Qualification review. After graduation, contracted college students should bring their signed employment agreement and original diploma to the District Personnel Bureau for qualification review. Those who do not meet the introduction conditions will be disqualified from recruitment.
6. Physical examination.
After college students who have signed an employment agreement report to the unit after graduation, the employer and the district personnel bureau will jointly organize a physical examination at a designated hospital. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from recruitment.
7. Public announcement. The personnel to be hired will be announced after review and approval by the organization's human resources department. After the publicity period expires, the recruitment procedures will be processed.
5. Time Arrangement
The Yiling District Committee and District Government will introduce outstanding college graduates from March 24 to March 25. The specific arrangements are:
