The fast-track project of Liangjiang New Area-Fuling District (Longtou Port) starts from the intersection of Liu Heng Expressway and Sanhuan Expressway in Liangjiang New Area in the west, goes to Mingyue Mountain in the east, passes through Chongqing-Lichuan Railway, Wan Yu Railway and the Yangtze River in Luo Qi Town in turn, passes through DongWenquan Mountain near Maliuzui Port Area, passes through Miaoxin Shituo Group, Li Xiangxi and Longtang River, and ends at Longtou Port in Fuling District.

The total length of the road is 43.5km, the design speed is 60km/h (optimized according to 80km/h), and it is a two-way six-lane high-standard urban trunk road. The main structures are Mingyueshan Tunnel, Maliuzui Yangtze River Bridge (with a main span of 870 meters), DongWenquan Mountain Tunnel, Xinshi Tunnel, Li Xiangxi Bridge, Longtanghe Bridge and 6 full interchanges. The project construction funds are municipal urban construction funds, with a total investment of about 654.38+047 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, the time and space distance from Fuling to Chongqing will be greatly shortened, which is more than 40 kilometers shorter than reaching the main city through expressway now. By then, the external traffic in Fuling District will be smoother and faster.
