Ashele copper mine

Located in Habahe county, Altay region, Xinjiang, it is a pyrite-type copper-zinc polymetallic deposit formed by large volcanic eruption in northwest China. The ore reserves are 38 million tons, of which the copper content is 910.94 million tons, the average grade is 2.43%, and the zinc content is 408,300 tons. Average grade 1.08%, associated gold 18 tons, silver 1 174 tons. At present, it has invested 548 million yuan to develop and build a mining plant, which can handle 4,000 tons of ore every day, making it the second largest copper mine discovered in China. The output value of Ashele copper mine in the first half of the year exceeded 100 million yuan.

Monkou Iron Mine is located 70km northwest of Fuyun County, 96km away from Fuyun County and 592km away from Urumqi, with convenient transportation. Monkou iron mine has proven reserves of 220 million tons, which is the second largest iron mine in northwest China.

Wulagan lead-zinc mine is located near Kangsu Town, Wuqia County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is 0/590 km away from Urumqi/KLOC.
