Education is Qingshui Yamen. The annual income of a special teacher is only about 20,000 yuan. Under today's national conditions of soaring prices, such a low income can only sustain a person's minimum daily life. However, teachers can only look enviously and lament that they have chosen the wrong profession. The famous question asked by Qian Xuesen should actually look for the reason in basic education. The status of teachers cannot be improved, and the talent training in Japan and China is a severe test. "The hope of revitalizing the nation lies in education, and the hope of revitalizing education lies in teachers." The government document says it well, but what if teachers can't see hope?
