How about doctors in private hospitals? Do private hospitals have lower recruitment requirements for doctors than public hospitals?

At present, there are different kinds of private hospitals in China, some of which are very formal, and some of which are criticized by Putian Department. As far as I know, Aier in Changsha and Kang Hua in Dongguan (I am familiar with them, but there are quite a few) started with master's and doctor's degrees. Therefore, the recruitment requirements are not necessarily lower than those of the public, but the whole country will be lower than the public.
