Tang Shengping’s career

After graduating in 1996, he went south to Shenzhen and worked in human resources at Vanke and Huawei. He was one of the main participants in Huawei's establishment of advanced assessment systems and qualification systems. During his several years in human resources, he experienced Huawei's leapfrog development from 3,000 to 20,000 people, sales from 4 billion yuan to 8 billion US dollars, and from the Chinese market to the international market. In 2000, in response to Huawei's call, he left the human resources industry and worked in sales in Hangzhou for three years.

In 2003, he left Huawei and started writing "Out of Huawei", devoting himself full-time to it for 11 months. The book won the first place in the "2004 National Financial New Books Bestseller List" selected by Sina.com; the fourth place in the "First Chinese Book Media Award" sponsored by the "Beijing News"; and the "2004 Most Popular Book among Readers" selected by the "Shenzhen Evening News" "Books" ranked second.

In July 2004, he joined China Talent Network as the vice president in charge of sales, leading the company's core sales team, which grew from more than a hundred to more than 800 people.

In 2008, Monster, the world's largest recruitment website, fully invested in China Talent Network with a market price of US$300 million. Tang Shengping completed the historical mission of entering Yingcai Network and withdrew from China Talent Network.

After more than a year of wandering around, in 2009, Mr. Tang Shengping crossed over into the field of e-commerce and founded Shanghai Maocheng E-commerce Co., Ltd., and is now the president of the company.
