In 2023, the scope of talents introduced by institutions in Taiqian County, Puyang, Henan Province is (1) general higher education doctoral students; (2) Master students in general higher education; (3) Full-time undergraduate students enrolled by the first batch of double-class construction universities (42 universities) (see Annex 2 for the list); (4) In 2022, QS ranked the top 600 universities outside China (see Annex 3 for the list) as full-time graduate students.

Directional training, entrusted training, correspondence, and graduates from online colleges, adult education colleges and independent colleges, undergraduate and second bachelor's degrees are not included in the scope of introduction. Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(1) Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are under investigation for suspected crimes;

(2) Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

(3) Those who are found to have serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and the open recruitment examination of public institutions shall not participate in the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels in our province within 5 years;

(4) On-the-job personnel of administrative institutions in Taiqian County;

(five) except as otherwise provided by the state and the province, the staff of public institutions shall not be employed.
