I. Overall implementation
As a modern technology experimental school, Yangkun No.2 Primary School has been at the forefront of information technology application in our county. After learning that our county has established and implemented the smart classroom project, it was approved by the higher authorities. In 215, we received a set of smart classroom projects allocated by the county and installed them in special smart classrooms. At the end of the year, we received four sets of smart classroom projects allocated by the province and installed them in four classes in grade four. At present, all the equipment has been put in place, and the research on teacher training and smart classroom teaching has been officially carried out this semester.
First, the promotion of our school
(1) Pre-preparation: determine the members of the smart classroom leading group led by the principal, with the heads of the Academic Affairs Office and the Information Center and the assistance of the General Affairs Office. On the one hand, our school actively applied to the higher authorities for the smart classroom project, and on the other hand, it optimized the basic platform of our school:
1. Adjust and arrange a new dedicated smart classroom, and make a soft plastic floor to prevent the tablet computer from falling and being damaged.
2. Optimize the network layout, and set up a special network for five classrooms in Grade 4, making it reach Gigabit to match the large-capacity data exchange flow of smart classrooms.
3. After discussion by the teaching department, it is determined that the fourth-grade math group and English group with strong teaching and information technology skills will be the classes for the implementation of this smart classroom project.
(2) Establish the research direction of the smart classroom project
Under the guidance of Director Cai and Deputy Director Wang of the county equipment center, our understanding of the smart classroom project has deepened. At the present stage of information education, we should shift from the digital education construction stage that pays attention to the construction of software and hardware facilities and the development of teaching resources in education informationization to the smart education stage marked by the construction of smart classrooms and smart campuses. The research focuses on creating a smart learning environment by developing smart classroom teaching and smart campus construction, focusing on exploring the interaction between mobile learning terminals and classroom teaching and the effective integration of students' autonomous learning after class. So as to change the traditional classroom teaching structure, promote education informatization, deepen teaching reform and promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.

1, 2xx.3.1 Smart classroom equipment debugging and centralized teacher training.
In order to further improve the construction of smart classrooms in our county, explore the interaction between mobile learning terminals and classroom teaching, and effectively integrate students' autonomous learning after class, the county 2xx smart classroom project training was held in our school. More than 6 people participated in the smart classrooms of five schools, including County Experimental Middle School, Yangkun No.1 Primary School, Yangkun No.2 Primary School, Aojiang No.4 Primary School and Shuitou No.1 Primary School, including principals in charge of the school, technical leaders and teachers who participated in the school's smart classroom teaching research.

2. Solutions to common problems of Rui classroom products in practical teaching.

after the research and discussion between the principal's office and the teaching department, we take the teachers above Z in the fourth grade math group and Z in the art group as the research group members of this smart classroom project, and the classes ` Four (1), Four (4), Four (6) and Four (7) they teach are the experimental classes, and Four (2), Four (3) and Four (5).
3. 2xx.3.2 Complete the linking and verification of the data of teachers and students in the provincial platform. The members of the project team discussed how to connect the courseware making, material uploading and teaching methods with the smart classroom.
On March 18th, teacher Z of the project team added the account settings of teachers, classes and all fourth-grade students who participated in the project experiment in the background of Rui campus, and made a hot link on the homepage of Rui campus network, which provided a good foundation for the smart classroom project in our school. The academic affairs office organized the teachers of the research group to familiarize themselves with the smart classroom equipment, try to upload background courseware and resources, and make online teaching courseware.

1. Problems in installation
The smart classroom in Xiandial was installed by Pioneer Computer Company, with the overall construction specifications in place, wireless AP wiring, charging car and tablet installation, testing and installation. The construction of the provincial smart classroom was carried out by Xinhua Bookstore staff, and the installation project was relatively simple. Only the wireless AP was installed in the classroom, and the network cable needed to be wired by itself. The charging car went to the class, and the tablet was not tested, so it was directly stacked in the warehouse.
2. The software development and post-training are seriously lagging behind
In March of 2xx, the provincial smart classroom conducted unified training in five schools in our school. The overall response is that the software development and resource library construction are lagging behind and need to be improved. Xinhua Bookstore urgently needs unified training and operation exercises for the smart classroom equipment in the county. The serious problems in hardware and server can not be solved only by QQ group answers.
3. The link problem of the interactive server restricts the interactive development of the classroom.
The interactive teaching of the characteristics of the smart tablet teaching, such as rushing to answer, answering by name, displaying works, etc., cannot realize this function because of the link problem of the interactive server. The function that Ningbo Equipment Company promised that the teachers' tablet can automatically switch to the whiteboard can not be realized, so it is urgent for the higher authorities to coordinate and deal with this problem in order to carry out the smart classroom normally.
