Construction preparation:

During the mine construction, there are many equipments for power supply, water supply, heating, lifting, transportation, drainage, gangue discharge, compressed air and other systems, as well as large equipment for permanent buildings and temporary works. Therefore, it must be implemented according to the annual and quarterly equipment plan compiled by the construction organization design.

The construction unit must report the equipment supply plan, material consumption plan and power load dynamic plan respectively, and the construction unit and the contractor are responsible for organizing the supply according to the contract.
