In order to better select outstanding talents for the job, enrich the cultural talent team, and optimize the personnel structure, Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Center, Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Culture and Art, and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture Repertory Studio (affiliated with Jiangsu Provincial Culture Department, which is a fully funded public institution) decided to openly recruit staff from the public. 1. Application conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and enjoy the political rights of citizens; adhere to the four basic principles and support The party's line, principles, and policies;

2. Registration

3. Registration precautions and qualification review
Each applicant is limited to applying for one position. Applicants must submit the following materials when registering:
(1) Two recent 2-inch full-face color photos without a hat; Staff Registration Form";
(3) Fresh graduates must provide the "Graduate Two-way Choice Employment Recommendation Form" issued by the provincial (municipality, district) education department and issued by the institution where they are located;
(4) When registering on-site, please bring your resume, academic degree certificates, ID cards, professional title qualification certificates, award certificates, professional papers, creative works, etc. originals and copies.
If the number of qualified applicants for the same position is less than three times the number of recruitment positions, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment positions will be cancelled, and an announcement will be made on the provincial human resources and social security website. The unit that accepted the application will notify the applicants whose recruitment positions have been cancelled.
The registration fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan. Candidates who pass the registration qualification review will receive their admission tickets on site.

3. Exam subjects, time and implementation methods
The examination method is: ① Written test; ② Interview.
1. The written test consists of one test paper and no review books are specified.
2. The written test time will be notified later. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified on the admission ticket.
3. After the written examination is completed, among those who have a written examination score of 50 or above, according to the order of scores from high score to low score, according to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position, Determine candidates for interview.
The written test results will be announced on the website of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, and candidates can check with their admission ticket number.
4. The list of interviewees will be announced on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture. The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, and candidates will be notified by posting notices or in writing. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. The interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot.
5. 30% of the written test score and 70% of the interview score will be included in the final score.
4. Recruitment
After the examination, the final score of the candidate will be determined according to the total score calculation method, and will be determined from high score to low score according to the 1:1 ratio of the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. Participate in physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)". When a recruitment position becomes vacant due to failure in the physical examination or other reasons, a one-time replacement will be made to take the physical examination.
Each recruiting unit will organize an assessment for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the assessment and physical examination results. The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture website for 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, current work or study unit, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, etc.
For those who have no objections to the announcement, after being registered with the provincial human resources and social security department, the school will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them. No replacement will be made after employment approval. A 6-month probationary period is implemented for hiring social workers. The probationary period for fresh graduates from college and technical secondary schools is 12 months. After passing the probationary period and trainee period, they will be given a fixed position and a grade.
Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment and the employment relationship will be terminated.
