Announcement of Open Recruitment of Teachers in Wujiang District Education System of Suzhou in 2023?

According to the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province (Su Ban Fa [2020] No.9), in order to further optimize the structure of teachers, the Education Bureau of Wujiang District of Suzhou decided to openly recruit 2 18 teachers.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment conditions

(a) with China nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of the China * * * production party and the socialist system, abide by the law, have no illegal and criminal acts, love education, and have good ideological and political quality and professional ethics.

(2) Obeying the organization's assignment, voluntarily engaging in the work of assigning posts, and having the physical conditions necessary for the normal performance of post duties and the specific qualifications stipulated in the recruitment post.

(3) For graduates with bachelor's degree or above and corresponding degrees in ordinary colleges and universities, the undergraduate major of the undergraduate degree applicant must be a normal major.

There are no household registration and student origin restrictions.

If there are other provisions on qualifications such as academic degrees and professional requirements for recruitment positions in the Summary of Open Recruitment of Teachers in Wujiang District Education System of Suzhou City in 2023 (Annex), those provisions shall prevail.

2. In 2023 and 2022, the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in China (territory) have not completed their work units, and the file relationship remains in the original graduate school, or in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies, and public employment service agencies; Foreign graduates who graduated in the same period have not yet completed their work units, and have obtained foreign degrees and completed academic certification before the registration deadline.

3. Those who participate in grass-roots service projects have no work experience before participating in the service projects, have expired their service (before the deadline for registration) and passed the examination within 2 years (as of August 3, 20231).

Participants in grass-roots service projects refer to the volunteers of "Western Plan", "Northern Jiangsu Plan" and "Three Supports and One Support Plan" who have been selected and qualified by the provincial project office, and the university student village officials who have been selected by the province and included in the Suzhou university student village official project.

4. Persons who have been recruited as conscripts by recent college graduates within 1 year (before the registration deadline) after retirement.

(seven) in any of the following circumstances, the application shall not be made:

1. Active servicemen or non-2023 graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning with national education sequence;

2. Applicants who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations, close in-laws and other relatives that must be avoided shall not apply for management positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership relations, and positions that are required to be avoided by the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions;

4. Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration method

1. Registration method: Online registration is adopted for this open recruitment.

Registration, photo uploading and qualification preliminary examination are all conducted through the Internet.

Each person is limited to one post.

Applicants pay attention to the official account of "Wujiang Education" WeChat, enter the registration system from the bottom menu bar "Education Services-Teacher Recruitment", truthfully fill in the registration information and photos as required, submit them on time (photo requirements: recent 2-inch electronic bareheaded photos, 130× 170 pixels, jpg format, size less than 20KB), and upload scanned copies or photos of the following materials.

(1) My second-generation ID card is within the validity period.

(2) Graduate diploma and degree certificate (provided by ordinary college graduates who graduated in 2022 or before).

(3) Undergraduate diploma and degree certificate (provided by ordinary college graduates who graduated in 2022 or before).

(4) Graduates of the class of 2023 who have not implemented their work units and graduates of the previous classes of 2023 and 2022 must also provide the Graduates' Two-way Employment Recommendation Form, employment agreement and transcripts confirmed by institutions;

(6) Applicants with a bachelor's degree, if there is no "normal" logo in the undergraduate diploma or recommendation form, must provide proof that the undergraduate major is a normal major.

(7) Returned students must also upload the academic degree certification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

2. Online registration time: 9: 00-65438 on March 4, 2023+06:00 on March 7.

After the online registration deadline, registration will no longer be accepted.

3. Time for preliminary qualification examination: March 4th, 2023, 9: 00-March 9th 16:00.

After submitting registration information and photos online, applicants can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination.

Successful applicants are not allowed to change their registration information or report to other positions.

Applicants who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

4. Time for defending the objection to the preliminary examination of the applicant's qualification: 9: 00 on March 4, 2023-9: 00 on March 17:00.

5. The time for Wujiang District Education Bureau to handle the objection of preliminary qualification examination: March 4, 2023, 9: 00-March 10 12:00.

6. Reduce or cancel job recruitment plans and supplementary registration.

After the registration, the posts that fail to reach the proportion of the examination will be reduced by the district education department according to the prescribed procedures until the posts are cancelled.

Those who apply for cancelled positions will be notified by the district education authorities and choose to apply for other qualified positions. The supplementary registration time is 9: 00- 10 on March 2023.

7. Printing of the written test admission ticket: Successful applicants printed the written test admission ticket on the original registration website on March 6, 2023.

(2) Matters needing attention in registration

In order to ensure the openness, fairness and justice of public recruitment in public institutions, the honest recruitment system is implemented.

Only the personal registration information submitted by the candidates online will be reviewed during the preliminary qualification examination of the competent recruitment unit, and the shortlisted interviewers will conduct qualification review on the spot before the interview.

Fourth, written test

The total score of the written test is 100, and the written test has a qualified score line: when the average score of all candidates' written test (converted by percentage system, with two decimal places reserved and rounded to the third place) is higher than or equal to 60, 60 is the qualified score line; When the average score of all candidates participating in the written test is less than 60, the average score is divided into qualified scores, but not less than 50.

Candidates' written test scores shall be kept 1 digit after the decimal point.

Seven, physical examination, inspection, publicity

If the interview score is above, the list of medical examiners shall be determined according to the ratio of the total test score to the number of people to be recruited in the same job code 1: 1 from high score to low score. Physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the latest General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.

Those who have not signed an employment agreement for graduates or have not participated in the medical examination within the specified time are deemed to have given up automatically.

Wujiang District Education Bureau organizes and implements inspection (political examination) in a unified way according to the requirements of recruitment positions.

After passing the inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized in the columns of Wujiang District People's Government Network () and Announcement for 7 working days.

Eight. Admission, Employment and Management

Those who pass the publicity will be issued a notice of employment.

In the physical examination, inspection, post selection, publicity and other links, if there are vacancies for various reasons, the personnel whose interview scores are above the same post code will be replenished according to the total test scores from high to low; After the Employment Notice is issued, it will not be renewed.

Newly hired personnel must bring the employment notice, graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and other materials to go through the registration procedures within the specified time, and will automatically give up after the deadline.

On-the-job personnel should voluntarily terminate the personnel relationship with the original unit before August 3, 20231. If the contract is not terminated with the original unit within the specified time, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The relevant departments of the state, province and city have other policies and regulations on employment conditions, from which provisions shall prevail.

If there is a personnel (labor) dispute with the original unit, I shall be responsible for solving it through consultation.

Candidates should transfer the file relationship to Wujiang in time before going through the recruitment registration procedures.

New recruits of public institutions shall sign employment contracts of public institutions, and the employed personnel shall serve in the recruiting unit for not less than 3 years (including probation period). The probation period for first-time employees is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 6 months.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail to pass the examination terminate the employment contract.

Nine. Other explanations

(1) Except that this announcement clearly stipulates that the time for domestic graduates to obtain diplomas and degree certificates, and the time for foreign graduates to obtain degrees and complete academic certification can be relaxed, other domestic graduates must obtain diplomas and degree certificates before the registration deadline, and foreign graduates must obtain degrees and complete academic certification before the registration deadline.

Otherwise, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Candidates to be employed in this open recruitment must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before August 3, 20231,otherwise their employment qualification will be cancelled.
