? I usually work hard at school, and I rarely have the opportunity to go out and see different special education. On June 25th, I came to Shunde Qizhi School with my thoughts and expectations. In just over ten days, I listened to the lectures on humanized courses, went deep into the classroom, integrated into children's learning activities, asked more questions and learned more, and paid attention to communicating with the leading teachers of that school. Although the study journey is long and the study time is tight, I have gained a lot and benefited a lot. Now I will talk about my study from three parts.
? First, look, listen, ask and want to arouse inner thinking.
We live in City Easy Hotel, not far from Shunde Qizhi School, where we study in postal service. We get up at 7 o'clock every morning and arrive at Shunde Qizhi School after 30 minutes' journey. We insist on arriving at school according to the school timetable and consciously regard ourselves as a member of the school staff. The school leaders prepared rich dishes for us, and the teachers took time out of the busy class evaluation to have a demonstration class, taking pains to answer our doubts and share teaching experience. We seize the rare learning opportunity and adhere to the principle of seeing more, listening more, asking more questions and thinking more.

Qizhi School in Shunde District, Foshan City is a comprehensive boarding school, belonging to public special education schools. With the aim of "cultivating people with dignity in society", the school puts forward that "special education is a professional behavior" so that special children can survive, stand on their own feet and develop in society.
In the field of mental retardation education, the educational goal is to "establish human nature and enter the society", and a series of teaching materials are compiled based on socialized courses, with graphic operation, oral class and emotional differentiation training courses as the development, which runs through physical fitness and rehabilitation training. Starting from the learning resources of mentally retarded children, using students' thinking characteristics, creating scenarios, focusing on activities and game teaching, and using intensive means to make students become active learners; Consciously accept parents' evaluation of educational effect.
The school has undertaken the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Education, the development of teaching AIDS and learning tools, the research on the growth of district-level teachers, and the construction of humanized courses for mentally retarded children. Many papers were published in magazines and exchanged at international conferences; Member of the New Curriculum Development Group of the School of Special Education of Central Education Institute, Guangdong Experimental Base for Mental Retardation Education, and Special Education Research Base of Psychological Application Research Center of National Humanities Research Base.
From the many achievements of the above schools, I saw my own gap and had a lot of influence on myself; For example, "Physical Fitness and Rehabilitation Training" runs through the course, which shows that physical health is the foundation of everything, health is 1, and then there are other things, so we should also pay attention to the cultivation of students' physical fitness in our teaching. It also made me realize that doing a good job in special education really requires everyone's efforts, and building a scientific curriculum system is inseparable from the top-down cooperation of a school, and it is the most difficult to do this. To do this, it is a team of teachers with a heart. It is not difficult to have a heart, and everything can be done with your heart.
But as an individual, I need to do my duty well, constantly improve my professional ability, and treat every student I meet with heart. In the interaction between myself and my students, my ability will grow slowly, that is, teaching and learning learn from each other. If I don't educate my students with my heart, maybe I will stop growing. Seeing these achievements made by Shunde Special School really touched me a lot, saw my own gap and understood that I should work hard in that direction in the future.
Third, think hard and realize something.
President Wang Tao briefly introduced the characteristic course of the school-humanized course. This course is a functional course, and its purpose is to make children with moderate and severe mental retardation become "social people" with dignity and living in society through education. Vice President Shen's "Learning Mechanism of Children with Mental Retardation under the Background of Humanized Curriculum" expounds the learning characteristics of children with mental retardation, emphasizes paying attention to students' experiences and feelings, actively mobilizes students to construct their own knowledge and ability, and realizes the teaching concept of "letting students operate and learn to produce experiences and form experiences".
Each lesson preparation team leader gave a detailed explanation from five aspects: course origin, course goal design, course content analysis, course teaching mode and course effect. Then, Shunde Qizhi School arranged six classes: labor consciousness class, socialization class, social comprehensive class, speech class, physical quality class and emotional differentiation class to observe and learn, so that we can feel how the "humanized course" can provide courses that meet the survival and development of special students according to their special needs and learning characteristics, which is conducive to students' better adaptation to school life, family life and social life, thus establishing the humanity of mentally retarded children.
I once heard a mother say, "If one day our parents are gone, who will take care of the child, he will not starve to death, freeze to death, or die outside, as long as the child is well, anything will do;" Some mothers say that they wish they could live longer, not too long, but one more day than their children. "Every time these words linger in my ears, I will be silent for a long time. The biggest worry of every special child's parents should be-"In fact, we can teach children what they can't do now. She can't do it after teaching, so we'll do it for him. We can also leave enough money for our children to spend. But the question is, will our children spend money? The most terrible thing is not the fatigue now, nor how others discriminate against us as parents. The most terrible thing is, how can such a child survive after we leave? "
I can't make any promises to my parents. What I can do is to carry out a course with "wiping, sweeping and dragging" as the main activity carrier, and cultivate their labor quality through two consecutive classes, but I suffer from "wiping, sweeping and dragging every day, what's the use". All kinds of doubts about "one stop is two shifts, no rest in the middle, and constant slavery" feel that they have fallen into a river without navigation marks, and they are at a loss as to where the whirlpool is, how to get to the other side when encountering storms.
Through this on-the-job study, I learned from Mr. Liang's labor consciousness class that it is more important to cultivate labor quality than labor skills. When listening to Mo Wenjing's social comprehensive course to introduce his teaching content, he mentioned that "wiping, sweeping, dragging and tidying" household cleaning project is the main activity carrier to train the most basic household cleaning consciousness and cultivate household cleaning habits. "It's as if I had a clear view, and I suddenly realized that my teaching content was not going the wrong way.
Through the discussion with the instructor He Bixiu, I learned that not only students in our school are lazy, seeking jobs, but also Shunde Qizhi School, and the problems we encounter in teaching are similar. Key points of learning from teachers how to teach a course well;
1. The goal should be specific. Special children's thinking is mainly concrete, and their divergent and creative thinking is poor. When we set goals, we should make them observable, operable and measurable.
2. Activities should be meaningful. Special children's learning ability and migration ability are poor. The purpose of implementing special education is to make special children better adapt to school life, family life and social life. Therefore, our teaching activities should focus on real scenes in life as much as possible.
3. Activities should be varied, and the learning style of special students is rigid and mechanical. Then our teachers need to be creative when setting up education and teaching activities, and need to enhance the interest, initiative and variability of teaching.
4. Strengthen in time. For the new class, the token system has not been fully established. In the initial stage, as long as students achieve the teaching objectives, they should be strengthened immediately. After students gradually form a good stimulus response chain, we can let students give tokens first after reaching their goals, and then exchange and strengthen them after class.
This on-the-job study has brought us heavy fruits. What we have seen, heard, felt and realized during this period will be the most unforgettable and precious page in our educational career.
