I. Recruiting units and positions
There are 19 departments in this recruitment, and 34 institutions plan to recruit 135 staff. Please refer to the attachment for information such as recruitment unit, position, number of people and conditions.
Second, the recruitment target

Third, the basic conditions of recruitment
1, has China nationality, abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), and has good conduct;

Fourth, registration
Take the way of on-site registration.
1. Registration time and place: August 3, 2009 (8: 00 am-165438+0: 00 pm, 2: 30-5: 00 pm); The venue is Chun 'an Youth Activity Center (County Theater).
2. Registration method: freshmen in ordinary colleges and universities bring their ID cards, registration certificates (or school archives preservation certificates), originals and photocopies of graduation certificates, and former college students and adult education graduates bring their graduation certificates, household registration books and original and photocopies of ID cards to the registration place. Those who meet the requirements are required to provide two recent bareheaded 1 inch photos, and pay the registration examination fee of 60 yuan as required.
3. Each applicant is limited to one position. If the applicant is unable to register in person for special reasons, he may entrust others to register on his behalf. In addition to the original and photocopy of the above-mentioned documents and materials, the whistleblower should also carry the original and photocopy of the whistleblower's ID card.
The competent department of the employing unit is responsible for the preliminary examination of the registration qualification, and the county personnel bureau checks the preliminary examination of the qualifications of some competent departments of the employing unit. Do not meet the conditions, can be reported to other qualified positions. Before the interview, the county personnel bureau and the competent department of the employer shall examine the qualifications of the finalists. Those who fail the qualification review shall not participate in the interview.
If the number of applicants is less than 2 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment target is full-time undergraduate and above graduates from ordinary colleges and universities. If the number of applicants is less than 2 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment targets are adult education, self-study exams, correspondence undergraduate courses and full-time colleges and universities. If 1 position is recruited, no examination will be held, and the recruitment plan will be reduced according to the ratio of 1: 2.

The examination includes written examination and interview, with written examination accounting for 60% of the total score and interview accounting for 40% of the total score. 1, written test. The written test is divided into two parts: public subjects and professional subjects. The content of the public * * * subject is "Administrative Vocational Ability Orientation Test", accounting for 50% of the public * * * subject, and the comprehensive basic knowledge (including writing) accounts for 50% of the public * * * subject.
Professional subjects: with the consent of the county personnel bureau, the competent department of the employer can organize the examination by itself.
The written test is based on a percentage system. Anyone who takes the written examination must take the public examination. Only take the public * * * subjects and calculate the total written test score according to the public * * * subjects; If a written examination of professional subjects is required, the written examination score is 40% for public subjects and 60% for professional subjects, which is calculated as the total written examination score. After the written test, the county personnel bureau will determine the qualified score line according to the difficulty coefficient of each professional test paper.
The written test time is unified as Saturday of August 15. Applicants must take the admission ticket and ID card (both are indispensable) to take the written test at the time, test center and examination room specified in the admission ticket. The admission ticket shall be uniformly issued by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
2. Interview. County Health Bureau recruiters organize their own interviews (except financial subsidies), and County Personnel Bureau is responsible for supervising and guiding the interviews. Interviews for other recruitment units are organized by the county personnel bureau, and the interviewers are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1︰3. If the online number is less than the recruitment plan 1︰3, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual online number. Interview score 100, qualified score 60.
Three days before the interview, short-listed interviewers who fail to pass the qualification review or confirm that they will not participate in the interview can be supplemented from high score to low score among qualified candidates in the written test of positions (majors), and publicized on the government portal of "Qiandao Lake in Chun 'an, China" and the talent network of Chun 'an County.
Physical examination and examination of intransitive verbs
After the interview, from the qualified interviewers, according to the candidates' total scores in written test and interview, from high score to low score, and according to the recruitment position plan 1 \u 1, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined. The standards, procedures and methods of physical examination and inspection refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) respectively. The time and place of physical examination shall be notified separately by the competent recruitment department.
Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection. If the medical examination or inspection is unqualified or the personnel to be hired voluntarily give up employment, the competent department of the recruiting unit may fill in qualified personnel in turn from high score to low score in the interview of the corresponding post.
The physical examination and inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit, and the county personnel bureau shall be responsible for supervising and guiding the physical examination and inspection work of the recruiting unit.
Seven. Publicity and employment
According to the principle of merit, the candidates to be recruited are determined, and the list of candidates to be recruited is published on the government portal website of Qiandao Lake in Chun 'an, China and the talent network of Chun 'an County for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after investigation, the recruitment procedures shall be handled according to the relevant procedures and the employment contract shall be signed; Those who reflect the problems affecting recruitment and find evidence will not be hired; If the problems reflected at the moment are difficult to verify, recruitment will be suspended and then a decision will be made on whether to recruit.
