Xiao Peng, male, was born in 1968, Huanggang, Hubei. Peking University, Ph.D. in Education Management, EMBA from Sun Yat-sen University, Master in Software Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Bachelor of Science from Beijing Normal University. He graduated from Huanggang Middle School in his early years. He is currently the general manager of Shenzhen Hui Ze Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (a brand of Er Shen Science and Technology Co., Ltd., with the company trademark of "Hui Ze Shifang", hereinafter referred to as "Hui Ze Shifang") and the president of Shenzhen Er Shen Education Science and Technology Research Institute.
