First, the interview content

In the dynamic monitoring, daily supervision, questioning and complaint handling, supervision and inspection and other government procurement supervision work, if violations of laws, regulations and rules such as the Government Procurement Law and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law are found, the relevant responsible persons of the procurement unit and procurement agency will be interviewed in time. Second, the interview method

(1) Telephone notification. (2) On-site interview. When serious problems such as content errors are found in the procurement process, the procurement unit and procurement agency are informed of specific problems by telephone, and the specific management personnel and persons directly responsible of the procurement unit and procurement agency are required to talk and communicate face to face at the designated place, and ordered to make rectification. Involving experts, but also about the relevant experts. If supplier problems are involved, the relevant person in charge of the supplier shall be notified by telephone.

(3) On-site interview. When serious problems such as violation of laws and regulations are found in the procurement process, the procurement unit and procurement agency shall be supervised at home, and the main person in charge of the unit shall be interviewed and ordered to make rectification. Third, the application of the results.

Implement interview record and evaluation system. After the interview, regularly evaluate the implementation of the rectification of the relevant responsible subjects, and timely sort out and file the relevant information after finding that the rectification is not in place. Found that the rectification is not in place, the deadline for rectification, re-evaluation is not in place, the main responsibility for the procurement unit and evaluation experts, the relevant situation will be reflected to the county commission for discipline inspection and the county business office; The main responsibility for the agency and suppliers, in accordance with the relevant provisions into the list of bad government procurement records and timely report to the provincial and municipal finance departments.
