1. Registration conditions

Registration Procedure

(1) Online registration. Applicants log in to the Shanxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Data Center to enter the traditional medicine teacher and expert assessment registration portal, and fill in their personal information after registration.

(2) Offline registration. Fill out the "Application Form for the Appraisal of Traditional Medicine Tutoring", and after approval by the health administrative department that approves the practice of the instructor, submit it to the Municipal Health Commission for preliminary review. If the conditions are met, submit a letter to the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

If the instructor’s practice location is in a directly authorized medical institution, the application shall be made step by step from the local health administrative department of the medical institution where the instructor is located. 2. Registration time
