Article 1 is to strengthen the management of blood donation. (2) selling the blood of unpaid blood donors to apheresis stations or blood products production units;

(3) collecting blood from blood donors in excess or at intervals in violation of regulations.

Article 15 Blood collection points and blood collection vehicles outside blood stations must strictly abide by relevant operating rules and regulations.

Article 16 The relevant departments and units shall provide convenience for the establishment of blood collection points approved by the municipal public health administrative department and the passage and parking of blood collection (supply) vehicles.

Article 2 When blood donors and their spouses, lineal relatives, brothers and sisters use blood for clinical purposes, they are exempt from the expenses of blood collection, storage, separation and inspection, and use blood according to the following provisions:

(1) If the cumulative blood donation is less than 1, ml, they can use blood for free at most 3 times of the total blood donation;

(2) If the accumulated blood donation is more than 1, ml, he/she can use blood free of charge for life;

(3) If the spouse, lineal relatives, brothers and sisters of a blood donor need blood for clinical use, they will be given blood for free at twice the total amount of blood donated within five years from the last blood donation, and at the same amount after five years.

Article 21 Blood donors and their spouses, lineal relatives, brothers and sisters who use blood in this city or other places shall go through the formalities of reimbursement for free blood use at the blood donation office with valid certificates and certificates as required.

Article 22 Units, organizations and individuals that meet one of the following conditions shall be commended or rewarded by people at or above the county level and the Red Cross Society:

(1) individuals who have donated blood for free for a total of more than 2, ml;

(2) those who have made remarkable achievements in blood donation, organization, mobilization, publicity and management;

(3) Donating funds, materials and equipment to the cause of blood donation, the amount or value of which is more than 1, yuan.

Article 23 Where there are other provisions on blood donation in national laws, administrative regulations and local regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, those provisions shall prevail.
