At present, domestic epidemic and local outbreak coexist, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is grim. In order to resolutely implement the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work of Heshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, co-ordinate the epidemic prevention and control of road freight industry and the transportation guarantee of key materials, and prevent the epidemic from spreading through road transportation channels, we hereby issue the following initiatives to the majority of truck drivers and friends:

First, arrange the trip reasonably.

Stop at the owner's unit as soon as possible, grasp the local epidemic prevention and control policies in time, prepare for inspection in advance, scientifically plan the transportation route, and do not go to or pass through areas with medium and high risks and reported cases unless necessary. When dining in a restaurant or service area, don't get together and follow the one-meter social distance rule.

Two, earnestly implement the epidemic prevention and control measures.

Strictly implement various epidemic prevention measures such as wearing masks, health monitoring, vehicle disinfection, ventilation, etc. in accordance with the requirements of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Road Freight Vehicles, Employees and Stations issued by the Ministry of Transport; Actively cooperate with epidemic prevention personnel at all levels to do a good job in inspection, registration, code inspection and temperature measurement.

Third, do a good job in personal protection

Take the initiative to vaccinate COVID-19 and ensure that all requirements are met. Don't touch others directly unless necessary during the operation, and don't open the box and open the bag directly to touch the items without authorization. Drivers who arrive in our city from other places, if they have fever, cough, runny nose and other unwell symptoms, should immediately go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution, take the initiative to inform their living history, and report to their work units and communities.

Fourth, actively report to the society.

Truck drivers who arrive in Heshan from outside Jiangmen need to report to their communities and units in advance with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, and do another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hegang. /kloc-within 0/4 days, those who have stayed in high-risk areas and prefecture-level cities where case reporting areas are located must report to Zhenjie as soon as possible after arriving in Heshan, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures such as nucleic acid detection, health monitoring and isolation control. Those who do not voluntarily declare, conceal or lie about their itinerary and health status, resulting in adverse consequences, will be severely dealt with according to law.

Five, keep in mind the transportation safety in production

While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, don't forget all traffic safety precautions and don't "overload and fatigue" to avoid traffic accidents.
