(3) Fishing vessels prohibited from fishing shall not carry fishing gear with them, and shall not change to non-fishing operations or go out to sea for production without obtaining a special (licensed) fishing license, and shall not cross the coastline for 3 nautical miles without approval. Special fishing boats must strictly implement the relevant regulations, and must go out to sea and unload at the designated fishing port. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the specified time, place, variety or change the type of operation, and the catch shall not exceed the specified standard. During the period from September 1 day to September 16, fishing boats in our city are not allowed to operate in the waters south of the 35th latitude line. (5) The fishing port operator or owner shall conscientiously implement the registration system for fishing boats entering and leaving Hong Kong, verify and inspect the docked fishing boats, and report the information of docked fishing boats to the local fishery authorities of the districts and cities for the record. It is not allowed to provide docking, unloading, replenishment and other services for fishing-related "three noes" ships, illegal fishing boats and fishing boats from other provinces, strengthen the inspection of vehicles and personnel entering and leaving fishing ports, and prevent illegal transportation of illegally caught catches and crew. If a fishing boat is found in the port suspected of going to sea illegally, it should be reported to the local authorities immediately.
