(2) Examination

It consists of written test and interview. Only those who pass the qualification examination can take the written test, and the ratio of qualified personnel to the number of recruitment positions is not less than 2: 1 (the shortage of majors can be appropriately relaxed after being reported to the District People's Social Security Bureau for approval according to procedures). The written test and interview list will be published on the websites of Luogang District Health Bureau and Guangzhou Development Zone and Luogang District.

1, written test

(1) The written test takes the form of closed-book examination, with a full score of 100, accounting for 40% of the total score. It mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge of candidates, and the answer time is 120 minutes.

(2) The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.

Step 2 interview

According to the order of written test results, the number of interviewees is determined according to the ratio of 2: 1 to the recruitment position (if the ratio is insufficient, it is determined according to the actual number), so as to test the understanding, familiarity and business level of the candidates on related professional work. The full score of interview assessment is 100, and 60% is included in the total score. The interviewer will answer the questions raised by the judges on the spot within the specified time, and the judges will score on the spot according to the interviewer's performance (the interview time and place will be notified separately). After the written test and interview, the comprehensive test score is calculated according to the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%.

3. The recruitment of posts with deputy senior titles or above adopts the methods of organizational assessment and interview, mainly focusing on professional work ability and work performance.

The written test, interviewer list and results will be published on the websites of Luogang District Health Bureau, Guangzhou Development Zone and Luogang District Government.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of comprehensive grades, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the ratio of recruitment positions to inspectors 1: 1. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial).
