As long as there are mountains around a slightly larger city, there will be several stone factories, and stone factories are everywhere along the highways under construction and national key water conservancy projects. Such widely distributed stone factories provide goods for buildings and bring business opportunities to many crusher manufacturers. However, many stone factory owners are running at full load, and some even lose money. So how can we run a stone factory well?

1. Reasonable scale and site layout: first determine the scale, select the crusher, and then open the quarry. In particular, it is necessary to choose suppliers of stone production line equipment. It is very important to choose a reputable and responsible manufacturer. Reasonable configuration and layout are also important. Unreasonable equipment configuration and layout scheme will directly affect the future production cost. For example, if your transportation capacity is only 200 tons/hour, you have to go to a stone production line with a scale of 300 tons/hour, and transportation will be the biggest headache in the future. If the mining capacity of the quarry is 300 tons per hour, the capacity of the crushing production line is 400 tons per hour. Obviously, it doesn't match. Therefore, the choice of scale depends on the minimum capacity. The site layout should also be reasonable, and the vehicle route, pedestrian route, material route and general wind direction should all be considered, and then the shortest belt conveyor transportation route should be considered, which is reasonable and not wasteful.

Second, timely maintenance to reduce the accident rate: after the completion of the stone factory, there should be reasonable manpower allocation: due to the bad working environment of crushing machinery, it is easy to have problems, and each shift should have a mechanic. This person should always patrol the crushing machinery and belt conveyor, adhere to the system of succession, refuel in time, tighten the bolts and tighten the belt. In your spare time, do some work to repair the old and make use of the waste, and always be ready for maintenance. Once there is something wrong with the machine, we should resume production as soon as possible The so-called thousand days of fighting. However, if you are not fully prepared at ordinary times, you will become a "straw bag" soldier when you fight. The loader driver must be skilled and can't make up the numbers, because he directly affects the efficiency. Spare parts must be fully replenished in time. Because time is money to you. Because the project is not waiting for you, your stone will become waste as soon as the project is over. You must keep up with this project.

Third, adjust the equipment capacity in time to ensure mutual matching: pay attention to the adjustment between equipment in the normal production process. Never let a piece of equipment "die" and a piece of equipment "starve to death". When the stone is hard, it is often difficult to keep up with the second break. At this time, the discharge port of the first rupture should be reduced to reduce the pressure of the second rupture. When the stone is brittle, the outlet of the first gravel should be adjusted to the maximum, so that the second gravel can be filled. Only in this way can the maximum capacity of the equipment be exerted.

Fourth, pay attention to the hygiene of cleaning equipment: Although the equipment in the crushing production line is clumsy, it is also tempered, so it must be kept in good hygiene. First of all, don't accumulate too much dust on the motor to affect heat dissipation, which will burn out the motor. Secondly, don't accumulate too much dust on the tail drum of the belt conveyor to be responsible for the belt deviation. Don't have too much dust on the crusher to affect the bearing heat dissipation and so on.

In short, everyone must manage with care to produce benefits. The first benefit is buying, the second is selling, and the third is management. The only thing we can do is to deal with it.
