Does Shuangyang belong to Changchun City?

Shuangyang District is a municipal district of Changchun City, Jilin Province, located in the middle of Jilin Province and the southeast of Changchun City. Geological age is divided into Devonian, Permian, Jurassic, Cretaceous, Tertiary and Quaternary.
