With the colorful university life, and the longing for the future and the pursuit of dreams, I came to China Merchants Bank to work as a branch manager Work everywhere. From school to society, from a lazy and idle campus life to a bank job that requires a high degree of accuracy, a brand new life unfolded in front of me. To be honest, at the beginning of my work, I also experienced hesitation and confusion, and also experienced the initial discomfort. As we all know, we, the generation born in the 1980s, grew up in a honeypot. In our lives, we are accustomed to being self-centered and less considering the feelings of others. In our "dictionaries", the word "multiple" appears most frequently. With words such as "Stick to yourself", deep down in our hearts, we never seem to understand what it means to compromise and endure humiliation. Therefore, when I came to the ** branch, I felt the gap between reality and ideals. Especially when the customer complaints, accusations and even unreasonable abuses caused by the sudden increase in the number of customers in the business hall came, my enthusiasm for work suddenly dropped to freezing point. Monotonous work, extremely high pressure, frequent misunderstandings, and indescribable grievances. Is this the career I want to fight for? I was confused and shaken. I feel like this is not my dream life.

It has been 4 months since I came to China Merchants Bank in September. During these 4 months of work, I went to the accounting department, personal banking department, and corporate banking department to learn business. Through continuous learning, I not only understand the organizational structure of our bank, but also have a broad and comprehensive understanding of the various businesses and services provided by our bank. Especially during my three-month internship in the lobby, I learned a lot of basic business knowledge, such as the basic procedures for deposits and withdrawals, local and foreign currency trust financial services, self-service payment, online banking, fund subscription, Loss reporting, gold card and platinum card business, etc. have laid a solid foundation for future work. During the internship in the lobby, I guided customers to apply for 5 credit cards and 35 gold cards. More than 100 households applied for self-service payment. At the same time, it can also better maintain the order of the lobby and ease the passenger flow, which has been recognized by customers and colleagues.

At the end of November, I came to the corporate banking department to study. Since I was originally engaged in personal banking work, I knew very little about the company's business. Faced with so many new businesses to learn and new jobs to do, I feel this is a big challenge for myself. Fortunately, some of my colleagues are very enthusiastic. They can always patiently explain to me questions that I don’t understand about writing my opinions as a party introducer and sample essays. This gives me the confidence to overcome difficulties. After a month of study, I can basically complete simple company business such as discounting, bank invoicing, and issuance of certificate request letters independently.

2011 has arrived as scheduled, and I am both excited and a little scared at the same time. What is exciting is that the new year has a new beginning, which breeds new hopes and opportunities. What’s scary is that I still have a lot of business that I haven’t learned yet, and I don’t know when I will be able to truly take charge of my own business. But I know that blind fear is of no use. It will only increase people's laziness. Only by turning this fear into motivation, working harder to explore and summarize in practice, and correcting and growing from mistakes can we ultimately be qualified for this job.

In short, the road is long and far away, and I will search up and down!

How can I forget the meaningful teachings given by the sales hall manager whenever I feel anxious at work. His words made me understand that the farthest distance in the world is not the distance between life and death, but the distance between hearts that do not understand each other; his actions made me understand that sincere smile and dedicated service , can most effectively shorten the distance between us and our customers' hearts. Gradually, as a "me-centered" "post-80s" person, I began to learn to understand problems from the customer's perspective and put myself in their shoes.

How can we forget that for a period of time, an old employee of our business office had a high fever for her child who was under one year old? As a first-time mother, who doesn’t pamper and love her child like a treasure? How can she not be anxious when her child is sick? However, what shocked me was that she never took a day off because her child was sick, and she never even arrived late or left early once. She left the child with her family and still devoted herself to work as energetically as usual. Sometimes, from her red and swollen eyes, I guessed that she didn't sleep well last night or she was crying silently because of her child's illness; sometimes, from her involuntary sigh, I knew that she was worried again. My child, I am worried. However, when she faces customers, especially when she faces unreasonable accusations and complaints from customers, her smile is still bright, her explanations are still sincere, and her responses are still appropriate... What have I learned from her? It is the professional spirit of China Merchants Bank, and I was deeply moved by this spirit.

How can we forget the touching scene of the employees in our business hall learning business and striving to become knowledge workers? In order to practice counting money, their fingers were scarred and they wore band-aids every day; in order to practice computer entry, they sat in front of the computer all day long until their fingers cramped and could not move; in order to memorize business codes, they could not even walk. They muttered words as if they were obsessed... It is this kind of "obsession" and persistence that makes their business skills more and more proficient. Look, they are always so quick in handling business. The hands that tap the keyboard are like playing a bright symphony, and the quickness of counting money is like plum blossoms scattered... They are using their actual actions to practice "strive to be a good person". "Qualified recruitment banker" solemnly swears.

This is the person from China Merchants Bank who moved me! There may be no moving poems or bizarre stories among them.
