Provisions of Guiyang Municipality on the Administration of Foreign Offices
If a foreign administrative organ needs to set up an office in our city, it shall be examined by the Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission and approved by the Municipal People's Government; Foreign enterprises and institutions that need to set up offices in our city shall be examined and approved by the Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission.
After the approval of the office, the Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission will issue the Registration Certificate of Foreign Offices in Guiyang, and submit the certificate to the relevant authorities for registration of temporary residents, official seal engraving, personnel recruitment and other procedures. Article 6 The establishment of an office in Guiyang shall meet the following conditions:

Fifteenth Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission staff must act in strict accordance with the law. For dereliction of duty, abuse of power, corruption, administrative sanctions shall be given by the competent department, and if the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law. Article 16 The Municipal Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission shall be responsible for the interpretation of the problems in the specific application of these Provisions. Seventeenth the provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The original Interim Provisions of Guiyang Municipal People's Government on Establishing an Office in Guiyang (Zhufa [1989] 1 1) shall be abolished at the same time.
