There is no doubt that education is a meaningful thing. So, is education an interesting thing? I'm afraid some people will doubt it. Modern educational philosophy emphasizes respect, understanding, tolerance and kindness to every child, which affects the growth of children. Therefore, meaningful education must be interesting first. Education should be childlike, kneel down and look at the world with children's eyes; Education should be childlike, follow and stick to the original meaning of freedom and exploration; Education should be childlike and expressed in a relaxed, cheerful and humorous way.

The school started in the spring of 2020. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the school started online teaching. A week later, there are still some problems in students' adaptation. The weekend class summary cannot be conducted in the form of face-to-face class meetings. How can we impress students, arouse their interest, convey their desire to care about each other and unite people, and remind them to study hard? To this end, I designed such a questionnaire.

In this recruitment, in addition to serious expressions such as "the academic level of the first grade" and "pure and sweet smile, full of healing power", the recruitment form itself also stimulated their enthusiasm for participation: voluntary participation, independent division of labor, self-created process, and personal wishes were fully reflected and respected.
