Only HR knows the evaluation results of Ping An Social Recruitment. This is personal privacy, don't care too much.

However, it is suggested to consider the following points and do what you can.

1. Ping An IQ (new): divided into three dimensions: speech, numbers and inductive reasoning, with a total of ***30 questions, each with a time limit of 60-90s；; Employment is not recommended if the overall time is less than 15min, and employment is not recommended if the score is less than 80.

2. Personality scan (16pf): 184 multiple-choice questions, with a time limit of 60 minutes (expected to be completed in about 20 minutes); The overall time is less than 10min, and it is not recommended to hire people with personality disorders.

3. Safety assessment: A total of 104 multiple-choice questions are expected to be completed in about 30 minutes; If the total score is lower than 6.5, employment is not recommended.

4. If you pop up more than three times in the process of doing the problem, you will be judged as cheating and will not be hired.

5. There is no special case that there is no half-year cooling-off period for social recruitment, and there is a one-year cooling-off period for school recruitment, regardless of the safe recruitment process.
