Domestic elevator shaft size refers to the shaft size for installing domestic elevator cars and equipment. Domestic elevator car size can be divided into car frame size and car platform size. However, environmental pollution caused by oil leakage, excessive running noise and a lot of electric energy waste, like passenger hydraulic elevators, does not conform to the development concept of environmental protection and energy saving in modern elevator industry and is being gradually eliminated by people. In recent ten years, its sales volume has declined rapidly around the world, accounting for less than 3%, and most of them are used for freight elevators or large-tonnage special elevators.

Traction drive: Traction villa elevator without machine room, like passenger elevator, is widely used because of environmental protection, energy saving and building space saving. According to the World Elevator Magazine, it is estimated that in 20 10, elevators without machine room will account for 80% of the global elevator sales.
