Requirements for becoming a teacher at Yancheng Institute of Technology

1. Requirements for the introduction of professors

(1) Generally, they should have a doctoral degree, publish a number of high-level series of academic papers in core journals of the subject, and be competent in teaching core courses.

(2) In good health, able to engage in front-line work in teaching and scientific research, and generally no more than 45 years old.

2. Remuneration for introduction of professors

(1) Settlement allowance of 300,000-500,000 yuan. Scientific research expenses are RMB 200,000 for experimental subjects and RMB 100,000 for non-experimental subjects.

(2) The issue of spouse placement will be considered as appropriate.

3. Requirements for the introduction of Category A doctoral degrees:

(1) Domestic outstanding doctoral students, mainly those with master’s and doctorate degrees, graduated from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Social Sciences, “985” universities, and “211” "The top three universities in universities or subject majors.

(2) The tutor should be an expert and scholar with high academic level and reputation recognized by his peers.

4. Requirements for the introduction of Category B doctoral students:

(1) In principle, students should publish more than 3 papers in core journals of the discipline and be competent in teaching core courses.

(2) Applicants must be in good health and able to engage in front-line work in teaching and scientific research. Applicants majoring in liberal arts are generally no more than 40 years old, and students majoring in science and engineering are generally no more than 35 years old.
