This is true for construction units, Party A units and design units. The demand for employment is obviously oversupply. As far as the current construction industry market is concerned, it is indeed a bit saturated. You can pay attention to your school's enrollment plan for civil engineering majors next year. It must also be significantly reduced. In fact, you don’t have to worry too much about employment. Just be down-to-earth and do your best. You can participate in more professional-related internships during the winter and summer vacations, strengthen your professional knowledge in school, and improve your grades; these two points are still very good for companies. Importantly, although the employment situation is not as good as in previous years, excellent students never have to worry about finding a job. At least I know that all the outstanding students around me have received more than one good offer.
