The hospital has 15 scientific research institutions, 2 auxiliary institutions, 7 functional departments, 9 provincial key research bases and 1 national postdoctoral research mobile stations.

Intermediate posts mainly recruit disciplines that meet the requirements of social science research posts in our college: philosophy, economics, law (first-class discipline of law, first-class discipline of politics, first-class discipline of sociology, first-class discipline of Marxist theory), literature and history, management and other disciplines, taking into account the professional characteristics of foreign universities.
The professional requirements of each research department in 2023 are as follows:
Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, active servicemen, and persons who are prohibited from employment by law are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Candidates can't apply for positions where they should avoid kinship.

After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores are calculated according to the ratio of 4:6, and the total test scores are calculated by the percentage system.
The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
According to the total score of the examination, from high score to low score, the candidates who enter the scope of investigation and physical examination are determined according to the ratio of no more than 1: 1.5.

Vacancies caused by abandonment of inspection, physical examination or unqualified inspection shall be filled in equal amounts in turn from those who enter the same post to inspect the scope of physical examination.
