How does Li Cheng's asphalt distributor work?

Intelligent asphalt distributor is composed of automobile chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pump, heating equipment, spraying equipment, transmission system, pipeline system, electrical system, automatic control system and cleaning device.

(1) automobile chassis

The distributor is modified from the chassis of China National Heavy Duty Truck ZZ1164K4715c1. For the technical data of China National Heavy Duty Truck ZZ1164K4715c1,please refer to the original factory manual.

(2) Asphalt tank

Asphalt tank consists of tank body, oil filler and decorative plate. The tank body is an oval cylinder, the inner and outer layers are welded by steel plates, and the aluminum silicate insulation material is filled between the two layers, with a thickness of 80 mm. There are two partitions in the tank to reduce the impact of liquid asphalt when the distributor is running, and there is a sink at the bottom to facilitate the absorption of asphalt in the tank. There are four mounting feet at the bottom of the tank, which are welded into a whole with the lintel and then fixed on the frame. The oil filler consists of two parts. When the tank needs to be repaired, open the big cover, and only open the small cover when adding asphalt. Usually the snorkel must be kept open.

(3) Asphalt pump

The asphalt pump (Figure 1) consists of a pair of internal meshing gears, a shell, a shaft and a shaft sleeve. The power of the engine drives the gear to rotate through the clutch, coupling and hydraulic system, and the asphalt is sucked from the upper opening and discharged from the lower opening. The lubrication of shaft and shaft sleeve is realized by asphalt flowing in itself, and the input shaft is sealed by filler. In case of leakage, the packing can be compacted by tightening the bolts. Because the working speed of the pump is 200~600 rpm, the engine speed must be at a medium speed when working.

(4) heating equipment

The heating equipment (Figure 2) consists of an oil tank, a ball valve, a burner and an inverter power supply. Diesel oil is injected into the combustion chamber through the ball valve to the burner for combustion, and waste gas is discharged from the flue. The size of the flame is achieved by adjusting the opening of the air valve on the burner.

(5) Spraying equipment

Spraying equipment consists of automatic nozzle and manual nozzle at the back. Generally, the post-automatic spraying pipeline construction is adopted, and the post-automatic nozzle is divided into three sections, and both sides can be folded when not in use. This design greatly saves space and can meet various needs. The nozzles in groups of three are automatically controlled by cylinders. According to different road width and spraying amount, the rotating speed of nozzles and asphalt pump is automatically adjusted by the automatic control system to achieve the purpose of automatic control. When small-area spraying is needed, manual spray heads can also be used for operation, which is convenient and flexible.

(6) Transmission system

The transmission of this car is very simple. The full-power power take-off directly drives the hydraulic pump to work through the transmission shaft. The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic pump, proportional speed regulating valve, reversing valve and hydraulic motor (Figure 3).

(7) Piping system

The pipeline system consists of the pipeline in the tank, the rear pipeline, the pipeline under the console and the heat transfer oil pipeline. The working principle is shown in Figure 4. The valve that is not used frequently or changes its state is operated manually, and other valves are controlled electrically, so the switching action can be completed on the console. It can realize nine functions through the actions of various electronic and manual valves (see the next chapter for specific operations):

(1) self-priming

This function can suck the asphalt in the asphalt pool into the asphalt tank of the automobile without the assistance of other equipment.

(2) Small circulation

This function can make the heat transfer oil flow in a small range in the asphalt tank, prevent the asphalt from freezing during transportation, and achieve the best effect.

(3) artificial spraying

This function enables asphalt to be sprayed through manual nozzles, which is flexible and convenient and suitable for small construction conditions.

(4) Large period

This function can make high-temperature asphalt flow through the whole spraying pipeline, melt the residual asphalt in the pipeline, heat and dredge the pipeline, and prepare for the next automatic spraying.

(5) automatic spraying

This function is the main function of this car. The spraying amount can be set as required, and then the speed of the asphalt pump is automatically adjusted by the control system to achieve the required spraying amount. Intelligent design, simple operation and convenient use.

(6) Flush the nozzle

This function can blow out the remaining asphalt in the nozzle by diesel oil and high-pressure air to prevent the asphalt from freezing in the nozzle, which can greatly improve the service life of the nozzle.

(7) Transfer

This function can transfer asphalt from one storage tank to another.

(8) Cleaning the asphalt pump

This function can clean the asphalt pump through diesel flow.

(8) Electrical system

The electrical system is connected with the control system and the actuator. Power is supplied by the car's own power supply and air supply, and many functions are realized through circuit switches, such as automatic lifting of rear injection, large cycle, small cycle and so on.

(9) Automatic control system

The automatic control system of this car. It can automatically measure the vehicle speed, automatically calculate the rotation speed of the asphalt pump according to the input paving quantity and width and asphalt type, and then automatically adjust the rotation speed of the asphalt pump through the system to meet the needs of users, which is fully automatic, intelligent and convenient to operate. The specific structure is subject to the specifications of the controller.

(10) cleaning device

The cleaning device is divided into two parts: diesel cleaning and high-pressure air washing. Diesel cleaning asphalt pump consists of oil tank, valve and pipeline. The high-pressure air flushing pipeline and nozzle are composed of one-way valve, pressure regulating valve, gas storage tank, pressure gauge and air valve (the air pressure is regulated at about 0.8MPA). These actions can be carried out automatically by the electrical system, which is safe and convenient.
