Why is Jiangxi camphor tree poor?

Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province is called poor for the following reasons:

1. Linjiang Town of Zhangshu City has a poor economy and a small economic aggregate. It is not an important economic zone in Zhangshu City, so it is relatively poor.

2. Linjiang Town of Zhangshu City has a poor geographical location and underdeveloped surrounding traffic.

However, it should be pointed out that Zhangshu City is not poor and belongs to a medium-sized city. According to the "Notice on Adjusting the Criteria for Dividing City Size" issued by the State Council, cities with a permanent population of more than 500,000 but less than 654.38+00,000 are medium-sized cities, and Jiangxi Zhangshu meets this condition.
