Shiping Group launched panda ADAS solution based on NXP.

20 19, 19 On May 4th, Dalian United University Holdings, a leading distributor of semiconductor components focusing on the Asia-Pacific market, announced that its Shiping Company had launched Panda ADAS solutions for fatigue monitoring, frontal collision, lane departure and panoramic monitoring based on NXP S32V234.

NXP Panda ADAS, represented by the World Ping of the General Assembly, uses NXP S3V234 as the main chip-S3V234 is the second generation visual processor series of NXP, which aims to support the computation-intensive application of image processing, and provide ISP (support 1080P), powerful 3D GPU, dual APEX-2 (speed up to 80GMACS) visual accelerator and security. S32V234 is suitable for ADAS, NCAP forward-looking camera, foreign body detection and identification, look around, machine learning and sensor fusion applications. It is specially designed for automobile reliability, functional safety and safety measures, and supports automobile and industrial automation. Panda scheme reserves two MIPI interfaces, an LVDS video output interface, and abundant peripheral interfaces such as SD card bracket, Ethernet, USB, CAN and JTAG.

Core technological advantages

? With the help of face detection and human eye analysis technology, we can judge whether the driver is in a state of fatigue by detecting the facial features of the driver, and give an alarm when fatigue driving is detected.

? It has the technology of front vehicle detection and analysis, calculates the distance from the front vehicle by detecting the contour of the front vehicle, and gives an alarm when the distance from the front vehicle is detected to be lower than the preset threshold;

? It has lane line identification and analysis technology, which can judge whether it deviates from the lane line by detecting the vehicle's driving track, and give an alarm if it is detected;

? Up to 8 camera images can be input at the same time, and the input images can be spliced to realize AVM function;

? Support fisheye correction function;

? Video can be encoded with H264, and image data can be stored.
