Interim Provisions on Campus Access Management during Epidemic Prevention and Control in Nanyang Institute of Technology

First, the school implemented closed management during the epidemic prevention and control period.

The second is the diversion of people and vehicles in the north gate. People and vehicles entering and leaving must obey the command of the guard on duty and enter and leave according to the designated entrance.

Three, in and out of the personnel must wear masks, temperature measurement, registration documents, disinfection, after inspection meets the requirements before entering and leaving the campus.

Four, in and out of the campus personnel and vehicles must consciously line up, keep a distance of 1 meter before and after, and orderly access documents.

The teaching staff, external teachers, laborers and the families of the teaching staff living in the school must brush their faces with their nails and go through the entry and exit procedures.

School-enterprise cooperation staff who often go in and out of the campus, off-campus staff who live in the campus, and those who serve students' study and life in rookie stations, postal services, communications, banking, construction, logistics support, etc. on campus can go in and out of the campus only by holding a temporary campus pass for school epidemic prevention and control, checking and registering by the doorman, and performing entry and exit procedures.

Personnel who enter the campus on business shall be reported to the office of the leading group for epidemic prevention and control of the school for approval by the relevant business units, and the security department shall be notified to go through the formalities for entering and leaving the campus according to the prescribed procedures.

Vehicles with campus cards enter the campus, go through the formalities at the entrance of the vehicle with driver's license, and the passengers in the same car get off and walk through the temperature measuring channel to go through the formalities. Only when the personnel in the vehicle meet the requirements can they enter the school.

Five, in and out of the staff have fever, dry cough and other abnormal symptoms, the guard on duty to inform the school hospital in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Six, the provisions shall be implemented as of August 2, 20021year.

Seven, the security department is responsible for the interpretation of these provisions.
