Requirements for civil servants in Tangshan, Hebei Province

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

2. Abide by laws and regulations, and have good political quality and moral character. Have the physical condition, mental quality and work ability to meet the job requirements to perform duties normally.

3. The application age is between 18 and 35 years old. For full-time general institutions of higher learning and 2019 master's and doctoral students (non-employed) who apply for the examination with the highest academic qualifications, the application age is relaxed to 40 years old.

4. Have a college degree or above recognized by the state. Applicants for non-resident residence (student source) are limited to full-time undergraduates or above from general colleges and universities and those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above (applications are open to "grassroots service project personnel" and "retired college student soldiers" special positions are excluded).

5. Applicants for positions requiring "more than 2 years of grassroots work experience" must have worked at the grassroots level and on the production line for a total of 2 years.

6. To apply for specialized positions "recruited from local personnel", you should be a student of the city or county where the position is located, or one of you, your parents, or your spouse has a registered permanent residence in the city or county where the position is located, or Persons who have worked in the city or county where the position is located for more than 5 years (including local social security).

7. To apply for the specialized position of "Serving Grassroots Project Personnel", those recruited by our province should have completed their service period and passed the assessment to participate in the "College Student Village Officer", "Three Supports and One Support" plan, and " Personnel serving grassroots projects such as the "College Student Volunteer Service Plan for the West" and the "College Student Volunteer Service Mountain Plan". If candidates apply for such specialized positions, they are limited to relevant positions in the city where they serve, the city where their household registration (student source) is located, or the provincial unit. They can also apply for other non-specialized positions.

8. To apply for the specialized position of "Retired College Student Soldiers", applicants should be approved by the military service agency of our province to join the army, have served for more than 2 years and have retired from active service, and join the army after graduating from a full-time college or above. Personnel who enlist in the army or are admitted to a full-time college or above from college or join the army during their studies and obtain corresponding academic degrees. If retired college soldiers apply for such specialized positions, they are limited to relevant positions in the city where they enlisted, the city where their household registration (student's source) is located, or the provincial unit. They can also apply for other non-specialized positions.
