Construction process of the new hospital of the first affiliated hospital of Heke University of Science and Technology

In 2006, Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government began to plan that the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology should undertake the construction task of Luoyang New District Hospital. In 2007, the hospital began to undertake the construction of Luoyang New District Hospital. The Luoyang Municipal People's Government has made it clear that the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology is the legal person and project owner of the new district hospital, and Guo Hongchang, mayor of Luoyang Municipal People's Government, has signed the power of attorney.

In June, 2008, 65438+1October, 65438+April, Henan Provincial Health Department issued the approval letter for the establishment of the new district hospital. On July 17, 2009, the hospital and Luoyang Municipal People's Government signed the Agreement on Ownership, Construction, Operation and Management of New District Hospitals and Infectious Diseases Hospitals, clarifying that the property rights of the new district hospitals will be owned by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology after completion.
