Written test: If the ratio of the number of introduction plans to the total number of on-site registrations and online registrations is less than 1:3, you can skip the written test and go directly to the interview; the ratio of the number of introduction plans to the total number of people who registered on-site and online In principle, if the score exceeds 1:3, a written test will be taken, and the written test score will account for 40% of the total score. The full score of the written examination is 100 points.
Interview: A structured interview will be used. After the written test, based on the candidates' written test scores, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 to the planned number of introduced positions from high scores to low scores. If the ratio is less than the prescribed ratio, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number. The interview score accounts for 60% of the total score. The full score of the interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the physical examination and inspection objects.
The calculation formula of the total score is: total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%. If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher written test score will be ranked first.
Those who only participated in the interview will be sorted according to the interview score from high score to low score.
Based on the job compatibility and test scores of the applicants, the employer shall agree with the organizational personnel department to decide on the candidates for physical examination and inspection (from high scores to low scores, determined in a 1:1 ratio according to the planned number of recruitment positions), if If there is no suitable candidate, the recruitment number for this position can be cancelled.
(3) Physical examination and inspection
