Suzhou Industrial Park Design and Research Institute Company Profile

Suzhou Industrial Park Design and Research Institute was established in 1995, which is a new first-class design and research institute serving the development and construction of the park with reference to the operation mode of foreign design firms. In September 2002, the Park Design Institute was successfully transformed from a state-owned company into a limited liability company with employee stock ownership.

The park design institute adopts the internationally accepted project manager system to provide efficient and all-round design and service.

In 2000, the Park Design Institute passed the ISO-900 1 quality system certification, and obtained the China Quality System Certification (CCQS) and UKAS Quality System Certification. In 2003, it passed the upgrade evaluation of ISO2000 version.

Park Design Institute has recruited a group of planners, architects, landscape designers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, heating and ventilation engineers, water supply and drainage engineers and budget engineers who are young, knowledgeable, proficient in business, practical experience and familiar with international practices from all over the country.

Since its establishment more than ten years ago, the Park Design Institute has completed hundreds of engineering design projects, including cultural, educational and health buildings, residential buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, urban planning, landscape buildings and industrial buildings.

The Park Design Institute attaches great importance to learning advanced foreign management concepts, design techniques and operation modes, and has established good cooperative relations with many foreign companies, such as American Lohan Architectural Design Office, IA Interior Design Office, HJM Architectural Design Office, Yi Dao Company, Nissin Design Company, Shimizu Corporation and Kurokawa Architectural Design Office, BECA Company in New Zealand, MGT Company and JPW Company in Australia, joint design cartographer in Singapore, Baicheng Electromechanical Design Company in Hong Kong and cartographer in Jia Lian.
