3. Recruitment Procedure
Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and adopt a combination of examination and assessment. The specific procedures are as follows:
( 1) Publish recruitment announcement
On December 9, 2010, the Anhui Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.ah.hrss.gov.cn) and the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network (www.apta.gov .cn) and Anhui Talent Network (www.ahhr.com.cn) publish recruitment announcements.
(2) Registration and preliminary qualification review
Registration is conducted online, and the registration website is the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network. The registration time is from 8:30 on December 17 to 17:30 on December 18, 2010. No additional registration will be made after the deadline.
Candidates should log in to the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network, truthfully and correctly fill in the "Registration Qualification Form for Public Recruitment of Provincial Public Institutions" as required, and upload an electronic photo of themselves (recent front-facing ID photo without hat, jpg format , size is 295*413 pixels, size 20-100kb). The information filled in must be consistent with my actual situation and recruitment qualification requirements and be true and correct.
Each applicant must use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam.
After registration, applicants should log in to the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination website before 11:30 on December 19 to check whether they have passed the preliminary review of qualifications. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification review must pay the examination fee online in a timely manner according to the prescribed charging standards and requirements after registration. The payment deadline is 17:30 on December 19. If the fee is exceeded by 17:30 on December 19, it will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment.
According to the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance Anhui Price Fees [2009] No. 118, the examination fee is charged at the standard of 45 yuan per person. Candidates must apply for online payment tools for written examination fees in advance (ICBC’s Peony Money Link Card, e-Times Card, credit card, credit card, financial management account, or China Construction Bank’s savings card, zodiac card, credit card, dual-currency loan). debit card).

(3) Written test
Applicants can download and print the "Admittance Ticket" from the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network from December 22 to 24.
Written test time: 8:30-11:00 am on December 26th. The location is Hefei City.
The written examination takes a closed-book format and mainly tests the professional theoretical knowledge required for the position. There is no designated review material for the written test.
The results of the written examination will be announced on the Anhui Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Network before December 31.
(4) Qualification Review
Based on the written test scores, candidates for the professional test will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 from high scores to low scores, and qualification reviews will be conducted. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores in the last place, they will all be determined as candidates for the professional test. During the qualification review, you must provide your valid resident ID card, academic degree certificate, originals and copies of relevant certification materials, and the registration qualification review form. Anyone who does not meet the qualification requirements or cannot provide relevant certificates and materials as required will be disqualified from participating in the professional test. If there is a vacancy in candidates, the candidates will be filled in equal numbers in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the written test before the professional test.
(5) Professional test
Those who pass the qualification review will participate in the professional test.
The professional test is conducted in the form of an interview, which mainly examines the professional technical level and business ability of the candidates necessary for the job. The professional test time and location will be notified later.
After the professional test, the written test score and the professional test score will be combined into the total exam score in a ratio of 5:5.
(6) Physical examination and assessment
Based on the total examination scores, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 from high to low scores (if the total examination scores are the same, the candidates will be selected according to the ratio of 1:2). The professional test results are ranked in order of high and low). The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1) and other regulations. Those who fail the physical examination can apply for re-examination and undergo re-examination according to regulations within one week of receiving the re-examination notice. If the re-examination still fails, the qualification will be cancelled. If there are vacancies in the physical examination, they will be filled in equal amounts according to the total examination score from high score to low score.
Conduct assessments for those who have passed the physical examination. The assessment mainly examines the candidates' political ideology, moral character, professional abilities, work performance, and compliance with national laws and regulations. Those who fail the assessment will no longer be reimbursed.
(7) Recruitment
Based on the job requirements, the party group of the department will select the candidates to be hired based on their test scores, physical examinations and assessments, and make them public for one week. If there is no objection to the announcement, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with regulations.
Those who violate the public recruitment regulations or do not meet the recruitment qualification requirements will have their examination or employment qualifications revoked at any time.
