1. About salary

When recruiting: the probation period is 4 months: 3200; After becoming a full member: 3800-5000.

Don't think that you have a tripartite agreement, but I can tell you that after the formal contract is signed, the tripartite agreement is useless, and the salary is not stated in the contract.

2. About accommodation

When recruiting: monthly accommodation fee for the first year 120.

3. About training

This is the most ruthless move of Lianchuang. Arrange more than two months of training in February next year, which will almost completely take up your time to find other jobs.
