1. About salary

When recruiting: the probation period is 4 months: 3200; After becoming a full member: 3800-5000.

In fact: the probation period is 4 months: 3000 for most people; After becoming a full member: 3200 for most people and 3800 for some people.

Don't think that you have a tripartite agreement, but I can tell you that after the formal contract is signed, the tripartite agreement is useless, and the salary is not stated in the contract.

2. About accommodation

When recruiting: monthly accommodation fee for the first year 120.

Actually: 120 is the accommodation fee, and there are maintenance fees, utilities and miscellaneous fees, which add up to almost 120, 240 per month.

3. About training

This is the most ruthless move of Lianchuang. Arrange more than two months of training in February next year, which will almost completely take up your time to find other jobs. And the training fee is about 15000. If you leave your job within 3 years, you must pay the training fee (decreasing by 5,000 per year).

In addition: this training is completely useless. Finally, the test results will directly lead to your salary (the actual salary mentioned before, and some people even directly reduce their salary to 2000 because of a poor performance in this training.
