(2) Social worker interactive experience: including inviting residents to fill in a social service demand questionnaire, mini-games such as "How much do you know about social workers", "blind man touching an elephant" and "dragon wagging its tail", as well as getting to know local residents and inviting them to take photos.

(3) Collection of residents’ voices saying “It would be great if this could be done”.
