Announcement on talent introduction for public institutions in Xingshan County, Yichang in 2023?

According to the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions" (Order No. 652 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) and the "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening Talent Leadership to Promote High-Quality Development" (Xingbanfa [2022] 4 No.) to prepare this announcement.

1. Introduction Plan

This time, 57 talents have been introduced. Please see Appendix 1 for job details.

2. Basic conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws;

(3) Have good political and ideological quality and moral conduct, and be in good health;

(4) Applicants who have any of the following circumstances will not be accepted:

1. Subject to party discipline The period of political disciplinary action has not expired or is under review;

2. Under judicial investigation but no conclusion has been reached;

3. Have been criminally punished for a crime and are in the period of criminal punishment

4. Active duty military personnel;

5. Full-time college students (except fresh graduates);

6. Already admitted to our county government Personnel establishment of public institutions;

7. Laws and regulations stipulate that employees of public institutions are not allowed to be employed in other circumstances;

3. Introduction procedures

(1) Individuals Sign up.

Those who meet the registration requirements for the position must prepare the registration form, second-generation valid ID card, registration photo, and relevant supporting documents for the job requirements. Scanned copies and electronic photos must be packaged and compressed and sent to the email address designated by the applicant unit.

For the registration email address and registration time, please refer to the "Xingshan County Talent Introduction Job List for Public Institutions in 2023". The registration time is subject to the email receipt time.

On the premise of meeting the registration conditions, you can apply for multiple positions in different categories (such as Category I and Category II) at the same time, but you cannot apply for positions in the same category repeatedly.

(2) Preliminary review of qualifications.

The Xingshan County Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group Office and recruitment units of the Communist Party of China will conduct a preliminary qualification review of the registration materials, determine the candidates for the examination, and publish the list of candidates.

(3) Structured interview.

Adopt a structured interview method and sort the candidates from high to low according to the interview score.

Set the minimum score line to 70 points. If you are below the minimum score line, you will not enter the next link.

The interview time, location and other arrangements will be announced separately.

(4) Inspection and assessment.

According to the score ranking, the candidates will be selected into the inspection list in a ratio of 1:1, and the assessment and inspection results will be announced to the public through the Xingshan County People’s Government website.

IV. Employment management

Organize physical examinations for personnel who have passed the assessment and inspection. Those who pass the physical examination will be publicized on the Xingshan County People's Government website (seven working days). The publicity period If there are no objections, the employment procedures will be handled and relevant benefits will be implemented in accordance with the talent introduction policy.

The minimum service years for introduced talents in our county is 3 to 5 years.

If the introduced talents fail to perform the agreed service period in accordance with the agreement, they shall bear the liability for breach of contract and must refund the living allowance, rental subsidy, house purchase subsidy and other related expenses that have been paid in full, and the dishonest behavior shall be recorded in the integrity record file.

V. Other Matters

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information and apply in good faith.

You must fill in and provide materials according to the registration requirements in the "Demand Form", and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information you fill in and provide.

If the applicant's registration qualifications do not meet the job requirements or the information he fills in is incorrect, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant himself.

Anyone who signs up in bad faith or provides false certification materials will be disqualified from applying or hiring if verified at any stage of the recruitment process.

2. The academic qualifications required in the "Position List" are the highest academic qualifications obtained by the applicants.
