I. Candidates and Conditions

(A) the object of recruitment

College graduates in 2023 (excluding public security graduates from public security colleges) and social on-the-job and non-on-the-job personnel who meet the post requirements. (2) Application conditions

4. Firm ideals and beliefs, good political quality and moral conduct, and law-abiding.

5. Love the public security cause and volunteer to engage in the people's police profession.

6. Age 18 to 30 years old (199165438+born between October 26th, 2004 and June 26th, 2004), master's degree in 2023. The deadline for age calculation is 20221October 26th (the first day of registration).

7. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

8. Having the educational level and working ability suitable for the post requirements, in which the "professional" condition of the post reported refers to the major corresponding to the "required academic degree".

9. Other qualifications that meet the requirements of laws and regulations and recruitment positions.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office.

2. People who were expelled from the Party in China.

3. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law.

4. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels.

5. Civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years.

6. On-the-job (including probationary period) civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law.

7. Active servicemen.

9. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants or people's policemen as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members.

III. Registration and Qualification Examination

This recruitment takes the form of online registration. Registration and qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:

(1) Online Registration

Applicants should use the relevant information of valid identity cards to register, and only one recruitment position can be selected. The ID card information reported at the time of registration must be consistent with the ID card used at the time of examination.

2. Fill in the information. Applicants should register according to the online prompts, fill in the Registration Information Form of Sichuan Public Examination (Reference Managers) in the Second Half of 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Information Form) truly, accurately and completely, and download the photo review processing tool (downloaded from the photo uploading place in the registration information form) for photo processing, and upload photos according to the online prompts. Forge or alter the relevant certificates, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification, and deal with it according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Civil Servant Recruitment issued by the Central Organization Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (No.[202 1] 12 of the Central Organization Department).

3. Query the preliminary qualification examination results. Applicants should log on to the registration website 10 at 8:00 am on October 26th, 2022 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination will print the registration information form in duplicate according to the online prompts for qualification examination. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions before the registration deadline.

(2) Payment confirmation

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination should log on to the registration website 165438+ before 8:00 am on June 3, 2022 to confirm the payment. Those who fail to confirm the payment within the specified time after online registration are deemed to have given up automatically. The specific procedures for confirming payment shall be carried out according to the network prompts.

Candidates who meet the requirements of reducing or exempting the registration fee shall go through the formalities of reducing or exempting the registration fee on the spot (within working days) before 2022 10/65438+(address: No.703, Office of the Municipal Party Committee, Siyuan Avenue, Guang 'an District, Guang 'an City). Under any of the following circumstances, the application fee may be reduced or exempted with the relevant supporting materials.

Urban and rural family candidates who enjoy the national minimum living allowance stipulated in the Interim Measures for Social Assistance (Order No.649 of the State Council) and the Measures for the Implementation of Social Assistance in Sichuan Province (Order No.286 of Sichuan Provincial People's Government) enjoy the minimum living allowance certificate and the extremely poor certificate issued by the county (city, district) civil affairs department;

(3) Post adjustment

Generally, it is confirmed that the ratio of the number of people paying fees to the number of places to be recruited can reach 5: 1, and the positions in hard and remote areas and positions with shortage of talents can be relaxed to 3: 1. (4) Print the admission ticket

Candidates who have completed the payment confirmation (including fee waiver) should log on to the registration website to print their admission ticket (printed on A4 paper, with clear handwriting and photos) from June 22, 2022 to October 25, 2022, and take the examination at the designated test center with their admission ticket and valid resident ID card. The expired ID card and a copy of the ID card shall not be used as the evidence for taking the exam. Holders of two certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room.

Four. Examination and qualification examination

The examination is divided into written test, psychological quality test, interview and physical fitness assessment. The total score of the examination is calculated according to the full mark 100, in which the written test score accounts for 60% of the total score and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score.

The written subjects of police technical posts are "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", with full marks in each subject 100, each accounting for 50% of the written test results; The written test subjects of law enforcement service posts are administrative professional ability test, application and professional subjects, and each subject has a full score of 100, accounting for 40%, 30% and 30% of the written test scores respectively.

Written test score (police technical position) = administrative professional ability test score ×30%+ application score ×30%+ written test bonus.

Written test score (law enforcement service post) = administrative professional ability test score ×24%+ application score × 18%+ professional subject × 18%+ written test bonus.

2. Time and place of written examination

Give extra points to the written test

(1) Children of public security policemen who have won the title of first-class or second-class hero model in the national public security system, revolutionary martyrs, died in the line of duty, war or were disabled in the line of duty and were rated as level 6 or above, and 3 points will be added after the written test results are converted; Children of public security policemen who have won the first class merit will be given 2 points after the written test scores are converted.

(2) Graduates of public security colleges who have obtained personal first-class merit will receive 2 points after the written test scores are converted.

(3) Outstanding personnel in the "512" Wenchuan earthquake relief were commended by the provincial party committee, provincial government and national ministries and commissions and above when they applied for civil servants in our city, and the written test score was converted into 1.5, which was rewarded by the municipal (state), county (city, district) party committees, governments, provincial organs and cities (states).

Those who were commended by the Decision of Sichuan Provincial People's Government of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Commending the Advanced Collective and Individual in Lushan Earthquake Relief (Sichuan Committee [2013] No.255) increased their written test scores by 1.5 when they applied for civil servants in our city.

At the same time, in line with the provisions of the earthquake relief commendation bonus points, not cumulative, according to the provisions of extra points.

The total score of candidates' bonus points shall not exceed 5 points. 4. Results query

The written test scores will be published on the registration website in late February 2022, 65438. (2) Psychological quality test

All the people who take the written test have to take the psychological quality test. (3) Qualification examination

Candidates should bring 1 registration information form, valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate (positions with definite degree requirements) and other certificates and materials required by the recruitment agency, and go to the designated place for qualification examination within the specified time. For the vacant positions that fail the qualification examination or the candidates voluntarily give up, among the candidates who apply for the same position and pass the psychological quality test, the replacement personnel are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Those who fail to participate in the interview qualification examination within the prescribed time limit shall be regarded as candidates' automatic waiver of interview qualification. (4) Interview

Those who pass the qualification examination shall attend the interview with their valid identity documents and relevant supporting materials. Physical fitness assessment is conducted in a closed place with conditions. The specific time and place of physical fitness assessment shall be notified to the candidates by Guang 'an Public Security Bureau. The age of candidates participating in the physical fitness assessment is calculated according to the day of their physical fitness assessment. Physical fitness assessment does not calculate scores, and scores are divided into qualified and unqualified. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment will not enter the next examination.

The physical examination shall be carried out in the medical institutions designated by the provincial and municipal departments in charge of civil servants. If the recruitment agency or candidates have doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, they may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion. The re-examination is only conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion are re-examined. (2) Investigation
