Third, the application conditions

(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Age 18 to 35 (born between1March 978 12 and1March 996 12); If the recruitment position has special requirements for age, the age required in the recruitment position table shall prevail;

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

4. Good conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(three) to apply for the position of the organs at the same level in the autonomous region (excluding the participating units), the applicant is required to have more than two years of grassroots work experience.

The recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, and the candidates must have corresponding grass-roots or production front-line work experience. Grass-roots and production frontline work experience refers to the work experience of party and government organs (participating units), enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other social organizations and economic organizations below the county level. Working experience in equivalent units at or below the regimental level can also be regarded as grassroots work experience. The starting time of grassroots work experience is defined according to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Opinions on Defining the Starting Time of Civil Service Examination and Recruitment of grassroots work experience (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+00] No.59).

Unemployed full-time college graduates' experience of participating in internships in enterprises and institutions or participating in project research in internship bases (grass-roots units) can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Social work that full-time college, undergraduate or graduate students take part in during their study in school belongs to social practice and is not regarded as work experience.

(4) Those who apply for directional recruitment of "project personnel" positions are required to be service grassroots project personnel who have passed the examination for two years as of March 20 14, or college soldiers who have retired before the registration begins. Where the registration start date has expired (or retired) for more than 3 years, and has been employed as a civil servant (institution staff) or as an institution staff (included in the establishment), the service grassroots project personnel or retired soldiers of college students can no longer apply for the targeted recruitment position of "project personnel" and can only apply for other positions.

(5) Apply for Alashan League, Ergun City, genhe city, Xinbaerhu Zuo Qi, Xinbaerhu Right Banner, Chenbahu Banner, Aershan City, Youkeqian Banner, You Ke Middle Banner, Abaga Banner, Su Nite Zuo Qi, Sunite Right Banner, Dongwuzhumuqin Banner, Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Siziwangqi, Damao Banner and Urad Middle Banner. The positions of the units affiliated to Oroqen Banner and the positions with restricted household registration of the units directly affiliated to the above-mentioned regions determined by the relevant competent departments of the autonomous region require candidates to have household registration in the Union City where the positions are applied for or to be students in the Union City (except for the positions of the party and mass system, courts and procuratorates in the whole region).

To apply for the positions with the above-mentioned restricted hukou (place of origin), the positions in the courts and procuratorates of the autonomous region, the positions of "project personnel" and "Mongolian-Chinese exchange" and the positions with the minimum service life specified in the Recruitment Position Table, applicants are required to have served in the employer for five years (including the probation period), and during the service period, they are not allowed to apply for transfer, participate in the examination and selection of civil servants or openly recruit public institutions.

(six) the following persons are not allowed to apply:

Active servicemen, non-fresh graduates, civil servants and staff of public institutions who have served for less than 2 years (including probation period) shall be openly recruited by public institutions during the probation period.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in civil service recruitment, those who have been expelled for less than five years, have been employed in previous civil service examinations in the autonomous region, and those who have not reached the minimum service years stipulated by the recruitment brochure (recruitment position list) or the relevant competent departments of the autonomous region (including those who resigned or were dismissed within the minimum service years); Persons who sign up for the directional recruitment training examination of grass-roots political and legal organs in the autonomous region, those who are studying, dropping out of school or who are in the minimum service period stipulated in the recruitment brochure (including those who resign or are dismissed during the minimum service period); Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants as stipulated by law. Before the recruitment procedures of this examination are completed, the newly hired (employed) candidates of other civil servants or institutions who have participated in the open recruitment examination will be disqualified if they have not completed the probation period.
