Zhengde Life Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengde Life Insurance") was established on June 6, 2006. It is a national and joint-stock life insurance company approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, with its registered place in Beijing.

Zhengde Life Insurance is funded by five shareholders, each holding 20% of the shares, namely Zhejiang Lingda Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Meihao Holding Group Co., Ltd., Wuhuan Spandex Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Development Zone Taifu Industrial Co., Ltd. and COVID-19 Investment Group Co., Ltd., and its business scope includes life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and other life insurance businesses, reinsurance business of the above businesses, insurance fund utilization business permitted by national laws and regulations, and other businesses approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
