1. Introduction to Recruitment Units

3. Recruitment conditions

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration

2. Qualification review

The examination is divided into written examination and interview. 2. Interview

The interview will be conducted in a structured interview format, and the interview time will be 20 minutes. It mainly tests the business ability, professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of the applicants. The total interview score is 100 points. For positions where the number of interviewees does not meet the specified ratio and positions for doctoral candidates, the interview passing score is set at 60 points. Only those who meet the interview passing score can enter the scope of inspection. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

3. Determination of the personnel to be hired

After the interview, the total test score for entry-level positions will be calculated based on the proportion of 50% written test score and 50% interview score each. The total test scores are ranked from high score to low score. The interview scores of doctoral candidates are the total exam scores. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off.

If candidates from the same recruitment plan for entry-level positions are tied in terms of overall scores, the candidates to be hired will be determined in order of written test scores from high to low.

(4) Physical examination
