China Chemical Construction Corporation once existed, but it was integrated into CNOOC in 2006 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC. I searched this company on Baidu, and the information I can find is basically before 2006. CNOOC official website doesn't have an official link to this company, official website, and there is little content involved.

There is a contact number in the recruitment information. Baidu's phone number belongs to a company named Sinochem International Bidding Co., Ltd., which claims to be a subsidiary of China Chemical Construction Corporation, but the given official website cannot log in. China Chemical Construction Group once had a subsidiary, Sinochem International Engineering Co., Ltd., which was renamed as Offshore International Engineering Co., Ltd. with the merger with CNOOC. Moreover, this "Sinochem International Bidding Co., Ltd." still uses the previous name, which is unreasonable. So it still looks hanging.

To say the least, even if this subsidiary does exist, it has no right to publish recruitment news in the name of the parent company. Subsidiaries and parent companies are independent legal persons, which are different from head offices and branches.

There is one more detail. The recruitment information gives the email address to receive resumes. This email address is the personal email address of 163. However, the management of regular companies basically has a special mailbox with a company suffix, and it is impossible to receive resumes with a personal mailbox, especially for a central enterprise giant like CNOOC.
